A 20% service charge is included in all checks to ensure living wages for our service and culinary teams. We introduced a service charge model to account for Denver's tipped and minimum wages ($15.27 tipped / $18.29 untipped), which are some of the highest in the U.S. These dollars are shared among ALL hourly employees in the restaurant.

If you are impressed, dazzled, or otherwise blown away by the service and choose to leave anything extra, 100% of that amount will go directly to the hard-working servers and bartenders who took care of you.

If you do not find your service satisfactory, please ask for a member of our management team and we will remove the charge from your check.
